The idea for 32 Heartgrove Lane started from our experiences working with children at 32 Pages, as well as the core team's backgrounds in therapy and intervention. We often saw how difficult it could be for children to open up about their feelings, and how challenging it could be for adults to start those conversations.
So we wanted to create something different - a fun, relaxed way for families, friends, educators, and children to connect, talk about emotions, strengthen relationships, and learn together.
More than just a board game, we wanted to created a safe space for meaningful emotional conversations. It's built on evidence-based social-emotional learning and behavioural psychology frameworks to help children understand that every feeling is valid, and that the choices they make shape their relationships and the world around them.
