Thank you for supporting 32 Pages, a non-profit ground-up initiative dedicated to supporting children’s social and emotional learning through educational resources, programmes, and community initiatives.

These Terms & Conditions explain what you can expect when purchasing from us and what we ask of you when using our website and products.

By placing an order through www.32pages.org, you agree to the terms below.

Supporting 32 Pages Through Your Purchase

As a ground-up initiative, 32 Pages develops and offers educational products and resources in support of our mission and activities.

​

Revenue generated from the sale of our products goes towards supporting our organisational purposes, including the development of educational resources, programmes, community initiatives, and the costs associated with producing and delivering our work.​

Orders & payment

  • All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.

  • Additional delivery or applicable fees will be shown at checkout.

  • We may cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or other reasonable circumstances.

  • Payments for cancelled orders will be refunded where applicable.

Delivery & Pick-Up

  • We currently do not provide delivery for any of our products. We will reach out directly to arrange for pick-up at the following locations: 

    • Central Singapore ​

    • West Singapore 

    • North-east Singapore 

    • South Singapore

Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect Products should be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue.

  • Eligible cases may receive a replacement, exchange, or refund.

  • Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 7 days and Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • Return delivery costs for change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated or required by law.

  • Your rights under applicable Singapore law remain unaffected.

Our Products

  • Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, although minor variations in colour, appearance, packaging, or dimensions may occur.

  • Our Products are designed to support social-emotional learning, reflection, communication, and meaningful interactions.

  • Our educational resources, including 32 Heartgrove Lane, do not replace psychological, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or other professional advice or services.

  • Adults facilitating our resources are responsible for determining whether activities are appropriate for individual children.

Intellectual Property

All 32 Pages content and materials are owned by or licensed to 32 Pages and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted, or commercially used without permission.

Website & Privacy

By using our website, you agree to use it responsibly, while personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore laws.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, 32 Pages is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our Products or Website.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, with the latest version published on our Website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
